Diverse Agile Solutions is seeking a Naval Surface Systems Interoperability Analyst. The analyst participates as junior Naval surface systems interoperability test team member to perform interoperability test planning, test execution, and data analysis. Joint interoperability (IOP) certification task order to provide Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) with critical IOP test and evaluation (T&E) services in accordance with DODI 8330.01 and JITC guidance and procedures.


  • Assists IOP T&E Event Director in collection of real-time test data, analysis of test results and drafting thorough, accurate, and complete formal test documentation
  • IOP certification task order to provide NAVSEA with critical IOP T&E services in accordance with DODI 8330.01 and JITC guidance and procedures
  • Supports IOP T&E Event Director as a participating member of underway IOP Test team
  • Participates in Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, attending Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other test working groups
  • Participates in teleconferences for IOP T&E related products and processes

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree
  • A minimum of 60 semester hours of formal education working towards an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience
  • Related certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience
  • Familiar with Department of Defense (DoD) operations and environment
  • Familiar with and actively using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with NAVSEA and/or Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) operational T&E

  • Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to maintain the active Secret security clearance
